While we didn’t get to see as much of the city of Luxembourg as we would’ve liked, we had a fun show in a cool venue with a great crowd. Afterwards, we met lots of great folks/fast friends, and hung out until the bus left at 2am for Paris. We’ve been shamed consistently by the amount of Europeans that speak multiple languages, and Luxembourg was no different. Everyone speaks at least German, French, Luxembourgish, and English.

Looking back over this video brings to mind many things. First of all: Italian food. We were talking about how there seems to be a really nice Italian restaurant in every city we went to. And we usually ended up at it. Seems like it was probably the safest bet for the promoters to take a band to. But, as you see in the video, there are some things on the menu that can still be…misleading. And the reason we were laughing about it: it had just happened to one of us a few days before in Belgium. Second: every tour has at least one show that could be called the ‘tired show’. Meaning, no matter how much fun you’re having, your body is just plain tired. This was that show for me. Third: I edited the video to show the intensity buildup going from first chorus to second to third in the “7 Nation Army” cover. Man, that song was fun to play, and as you can see, the audience seemed to always enjoy it. And once again, thanks to ace sound engineer Jason Bennett who took my camera and caught some footage for me, so I can remember this stuff forever:
